Gohyang Mandu is a classic cooking simulation game released by iBravo in 2003, remembered by many as a nostalgic favorite. In the game, you compete against a rival dumpling shop by creating better and more delicious dumplings.

The gameplay is divided into several stages, including preparing the filling, making the dough, shaping the dumplings, and cooking them. You must select at least five ingredients such as pork, tofu, onion, cabbage, and eggs to create the filling. For the dough, combine flour types like rice flour, wheat flour, or soybean flour with liquids such as water, juice, or wine to form a proper mixture.

Next, you can choose the shape of your dumplings, such as half-moon, twisted, or folded styles. Finally, select a cooking method—boiling, pan-frying, or steaming—to complete your dish and receive an evaluation.

Your final score depends heavily on the combination of ingredients and choices made in each step. Experiment with different recipes and strategies to discover the best dumpling and achieve the highest rating.
